Staying Cool in the Summer

My wife has a T shirt that says: Yes, I’m cold. Me 24:7. Growing up my bedroom was in the basement. It was fantastic because it stayed the same temperature year-round. Right at 72 degrees. But at 72 degrees my wife wears a sweater in her office. During the summer! In the winter she has a space heater. For me anything above 72 and I’m burning up. I found a way to keep us both comfortable and reduce electric usage. The HVAC system is by far the largest use of electricity in our house.
