I love to travel. Normally to somewhere warm in the winter. So I recently took a trip that I never would have expected. Not only was it not warm it was a place I never expected to travel to. Growing up in the Midwest I had some preconceived ideas about New York. Mostly the Gotham City of Batman movies. Crime, homelessness, and dirty. And mean in your face people.
